It's a collection of eggs with eyes. Or seeds with eyes. Whatever, it's a really bad Pokemon. I'm actually quite surprised, since the evolution is a massive improvement. Those are bad stats, since it's focused on being kinda defensive. So it's slow and doesn't hit very hard. And it has a terrible movepool with a lot of support moves, so it needs TMs, or you're using a 15BP move until level 42. So don't do that. Honestly, unless you want status, just evolve it. It becomes so much better.
